White Glove Service: This premium and personalized service goes beyond regular delivery - it includes delivery into your home, unpacking of the product, and assembly at your desired location. Due to the specialized nature of this service, delivery times might be slightly longer.
Certain items, especially those that are large, heavy, or have limited availability, may come with an additional delivery surcharge. This surcharge will show on the checkout page and is added to the standard delivery and processing charges.
Special Location Deliveries:
We are pleased to offer services to our valued customers in Hawaii, Islands, and Canada. However, these locations might necessitate additional shipping charges depending on the delivery address, and the size and weight of the items. Please note, we are unable to offer delivery services to rural routes, remote areas, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes. For oversized items, we typically deliver only to the closest ground-level entrance of your home or office. Additional charges may be levied for unique locations or if you require the items to be delivered to specific rooms, up stairs, or through steep driveways.
