Customer service is excellent. I was kept informed of progress up until it cleared customs. Then I
heard nothing from freight company. (It was 6 months from ordering to arrival). I contacted Sierra Concepts and heard from freight company immediately to schedule delivery. I paid for white glove delivery but it definitely fell short of what I paid for which I explained in my email to customer service. Xpo Logistics contacted me immediately and apologized. I contacted Sierra Concepts and I am being refunded $180 of the white glove delivery fee I paid for.
I love the sideboard. The workmanship is beautiful. Except for a couple of small pieces of wood inside the unit that splintered off through shipping it arrived in good condition.

onths from order to delivery, is a bit too long to wait. Also, I highly recommend paying the additional $300 charge 4 set up in the house. My, nearly 400 lb, long table was extremely difficult to unpack and drag into the house with the help of a neighbor. Otherwise, extremely satisfied with Sierra Living Concepts!
