I can't recall a better experience that what I've had with my transaction with Sierra Living Concept s. I purchased a beautiful coffee table online. From the time I placed my order to the time it was deliver and even after delivery, the customer service was superb. At first the staff sent me pictures of how my table looked like and I wanted the colors tweaked a bit and they obliged. I needed the furniture delivered at a certain time period because I was out of country and they worked well with me on that. I thought the table looked exquisite when it finally arrived. It looked better in person. Well worth the price. However, After setting up the table I noticed a crack on one side. I emailed SLC and the staff were so quick and responsive with e-mails. They were even very pro-active with following up with me. They worked with a local furniture repair shop in our area. The table was repaired in a timely manner. I felt like was a valuable customer. Just amazing. This should be how a business is run. I will order from SLC again for my future furniture needs and will highly recommend them to friends and family.

I was so excited to Order our coffee table and 2 end tables in November, we found exactly what we ha d been looking for at Sierra, and although it said a 8-10 week delivery, we were prepared to wait - as time dragged on and there didn't appear to be much progress I became concerned and even thought I had been scammed at one point having paid in full. As the weeks passed I knew we were not going to see our furniture at the end of January as we were told. I got to the point in February that I was going to cancel and eat the cancellation fee but so glad I didn't! Now we have our furniture we couldn't be happier - it really is beautiful, the quality, the uniqueness and just overall wow factor. I dealt with Adam mostly and he held our hand through the delivery process to ensure it all went smoothly. Positives - customer service reps were wonderful. Jenny Reid is amazing and a reason to buy more pro duct. Product is beautiful. Cat loves it too. Negatives - sales needs to explain that delivery means leaving a 135 pound box on the street in front of our condo building and it’s my job to carry it up to my unit and put it together. White glove was not explained and for $200 that’s too expensive for the service. Add $100 to the product price and $100 for the service if it truly costs that much. Shopping was over 3 months. Company did compensate with $75 credit but really the expectation was not clearly set. India by boat to New Jersey then trucked across county did minor damage but we can repair.
