The assembly was an ordeal due to the weight of the table being over 500 lbs. but we did it! From the time of order to the date of delivery was about 3 1/2 months. I wild purchase from Sierra living Concepts again.

The team at Sierra Living Concepts, Adam Trevino and Nancy Dow in particular, were terrific to work
with. We had a lot of trouble with the delivery company. They delivered the table top and chairs on February 12th, but did not deliver the table legs. XPO Logistics was terrible to work with. Adam and the team worked very hard on our behalf to find and eventually (19 days later) have the legs delivered and the table built. He actually had to find a different logistics company to pick the item up from XPO and deliver it (they went to four different warehouses to find the legs).
The team went the extra mile for us, and I know they share our disappointment in the delivery company. Unfortunately, when they built the table, we discovered that two bolts were missing (the bolts that attach the floor brace). We had no bolts that would work as a replacement, so that piece is not secured. The company did not remove the packaging that the table top and legs were delivered in.
Adam and Nancy made the best out of a difficult situation. They communicated on an almost daily basis until the order was fulfilled. The quality of the table and chairs, and the extra efforts of Adam and Nancy are the reason we would consider doing business with Sierra Living Concepts again.

I'll start with a positive, my table is an absolute work of art. It is spectacular and everything I
had hoped. Now for the negatives. This process was very long and drawn out. I ordered my table on 2/4/2020. I received my table 7/25/2020. The worst part of it was that I received notification that my table was in a warehouse near me for more than a month. I kept clicking the portal to set-up delivery and couldn't get a date set. After emailing and calling one of the many 800 numbers I was given, magically, my table delivery was up to be scheduled. The delivery team of 2 men was stellar. They came in a non-descript, older panel truck so I was initially a little nervous but they were wonderful, considerate, patient and absolutely willing to help us get the table set-up and in place carefully. A note: This table is huge and heavy. It requires at least 2 strong people to assemble it and put it into place. It was extremely well protected and I cannot see any damage what so ever. So, if you're willing to wait A REALLY LONG TIME, it's worth it.
