Excellent workmanship.

Well it certainly isn't grammar! ("Please help us understand what we did good?") Just kidding. The bed is beautiful, the customer service was fantastic. The delivery was a pain but the fault of the local delivery company and Sierra jumped on my complaint immediately and solved the issue for me. Great stuff.

A special thanks to Nancy who helped orchestrate the arrival of my new bed from N.Y. to deep South Texas! I loved the white glove service! Everything went so smooth and professional and I love my bed! Thanks for all the photos of my bed while in progress and ur customer support was top notch! Everyone was so attentive to my questions and needs! I will definitely recommend you all to my family and friends and when they see my beautiful bed... Many thank you!

An error in communication resulted in delay of our order and some frustration. Once the problem was identified Sierra Living Concepts performed magnificently to guarantee customer satisfaction sparing no effort to be certain of the highest quality service at every level. The furniture we ordered is absolutely beautiful with dramatic wood grain design and is worth any waiting time for shipment. We commend Igor, Sergeii and Natalya for their hard work and courtesy as they skillfully assembled the furniture upon delivery. Finally, we are grateful to Nancy for facilitating our on line purchase experience and for coordinating the final delivery.

The customer service was excellent beginning with the person who walked me through the look of different stain colors on the websites to help me make my decision. I appreciated getting pictures throughout the process of constructing our furniture piece. The delivery did take a bit of time, but for the quality and gorgeousness of the bed we ordered, it was a minor issue. The delivery process was great and the coordination with the white glove service worked out perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the bed...it's constructed so well and looks just beautiful! The movers actually commented that it was so solid you could probably park a car on it...exactly what we were looking for in a solid wood bed. THANK YOU!!

Good customer service and transparency of the process. There was some confusion with my order. The manufacturing team kept showing me unfinished wood pictures and misinterpreting my responses. I worked with Cust Service rep Jenny in the US who was very good. In the end the product turned out great which is why I still gave you a great review...just some intermediate unnecessary heartburn.

I ordered a bed and two nightstands. I could not be more pleased with the furniture. It is beautiful and the workmanship is high quality. The seams and joints are tight the finish is beautiful. The backs and bottoms of the draws are made of the same wood as the outside and they are finish was well. I complained about the white glove service I order for the delivery and set up and they handled respectfully and to my satisfaction. The entire experience was top notch.

We could not be more pleased with our purchase from Sierra Living Concepts! Our expectations were well managed throughout the process and any questions were promptly answered by support staff. We received our bed in the time frame suggested even though two winter storms delayed the shipment. We were also informed via a personal email of the delay, the cause, and when to expect our bed. The bed itself and the finish could not be more beautiful. Extremely sturdy and very easy to put together. The customer portal is so convenient and keeps you well informed of the process. Your service was impeccable from start to finish. The headboard and bedside tables are exactly what I had in mind. I needed taller tables than standard, so for a small additional fee you customized them and I got exactly what I wanted. You customized the mango sideboard and hutch to give it glass sides, so again, I got exactly what I wanted -- not just what was available. You kept me informed through every step in the manufacturing process by posting pictures on my customer portal. I didn't need to make changes, but it was reassuring to know that I could have. The furniture was packed so carefully that everything arrived in perfect condition even though there was a lot of glass on the sideboard and hutch. My home and furnishings had been destroyed in Hurricane Harvey, so I had done a lot of shopping before I found you. My only regret was that I did not find you sooner. Your prices and service for solid wood, hand-crafted furniture were the best!

What beautiful furniture! Well worth the wait for this high quality solid wood bed frame and night stands. I'll be able to pass this down in the family as it really is heirloom quality. Customer service was fantastic, and you took care of me quicky when the delivery folks damaged the bed on the way from India to Portland. Highly recommended company and craftsmanship!

It was nice knowing how the order build was proceeding at every stage. It made us feel like we were a part of the team. In the end the items were delivered just when they originally said. The bedroom set looks great! The White glove service went smoothly; very professionally done.

The wood quality and craftsmanship was excellent. One item seemed to have a crack from shipment at one of the wood seams which will need to be fixed, but I love the bedroom set. It is very solid and sturdy. I had some issues with shipping timing and their arrival/time window quote, but this does not necessarily reflect on you guys. Thanks!

Very pleased with my bed, bed stands, and dresser. Surprised at how solid - and heavy - they are. They'll last forever. Beautifully finished. Even the inside of the drawers are finished and varnished. Regular updates made the wait easy. A snag with the US carrier was quickly and efficiently fixed. Excellent.

The delivery process was so professional. The setup was made a week ahead and we were always in touch with the drivers and it was so smooth. It was so worth spending the xtra setup fee. It is an excellent bed, we're really satisfied! It is nice-looking, pleasure to touch and, definitely, it is the strongest furniture I have ever seen :) The only wish is to explain the delivery terms in a clearer manner, I was surprised when 600-pounds weight had been unloaded right on the street and the track leaved without any additional help. So, I had to find my friend ASAP to help me. I understand it is my fault having not read delivery terms correctly, however it would be nice if I could see it on the site in a more explicit form.

The process throughout was very good. It was great to get the updates. Our bed is absolutely beautiful! However, the delivery process could definitely use some improvement. Luckily, the delivery guy was amazing and came down our driveway and did everything he could to deliver our bed in one piece (by himself). Otherwise we would have been left with an almost 700lbs piece of furniture at the end of the driveway/road.

The table came yesterday and is beautiful and is exactly what I was hoping it would be........a quality heavy piece of solid wood furniture that will last for ever. The iron base supporting the table top is stunning and finish on the wood top is impeccable. Now I can't wait for the two queen beds to get here.

I absolutely love my new bedroom furniture. It took 4 months from initial order to actual delivery, but was well worth the wait. Loved receiving updates with photos of the manufacturing and staining process, as well as shipping info. This is high quality heavy furniture and I will definitely recommend SLC to my friends and family.

We love our Bedroom set very much! Beautiful! All solid wood, great finish and quality! Fabulous customer services! From the order day to the deliver day! We received updated emails to inform us the progress. We were shocked and thankful for how well they did on wrapping/packaging the furniture!!! Our king size power adjustable bed frame did not fit without modifications. If we had it to do all over again we would’ve gotten the bed a couple of inches wider and a couple of inches longer. Really happy with this purchase and we would choose your company again!

We appreciated having the ability to see the status and photos of our order during the production process. Also, our specifics on finish sheen and stain color were followed perfectly. The wood is stunning and the pieces are solid heavy wood, not the lightweight junk sold elsewhere.

Guys, What a great shopping experinece this has been from begining to end. I had shopped for months trying to find "Real Wood" furnture and so many claim real wood yet theres always to some extent , particle board and or veneers applied to everything out there on the market. The front the back and underside including the drawers are rosewood as well. ( The areas I listed is where other manufacturers usually add cheap wood subsitutes.) This is "real" furniture and this set already caught some attention to a friend who probably will be contacting you as well. I would and will refer your company to anyone looking for the "Real Deal".

The furniture is beautiful, the wait was a little longer than expected (more like 14 weeks from order to delivery). If you are not in a hurry, absolutely worth the wait.

The entire experience was excellent. I found more styles to choose from then was available in stores and many online sites. The pricing was a great value relative to the quality of the furniture I received. Craftsmanship was excellent. Packaging was outstanding. There were no scratches on any of the pieces despite them being shipped overseas. I will definitely first check the Sierra Living Concepts website when looking to purchase other furniture.

The bed looks amazing and the build quality is top notch - nothing cut rate or laminated anywhere, beautiful finish too. The only thing to keep in mind is that it does take a while for custom furniture to be created, so be patient and expect 4-5 months between when you order to when it is in your home. Was totally worth the wait.

Very impressed with quality and packaging

The shopping experience was pleasant, Cory, was patient with me during the ordering process. Nancy and Adam was also help-full, during the waiting process, which took absolutely too long. I had a problem with the headboard fitting up the steps, but that will be taking care of. To some it up, I will be contacting Cory ASAP for my next project.

I am very pleased with the product and the service I received. My bedroom set is absolutely stunning. It is obvious that Sierra Living Concepts takes care in choosing the best artisans, who have exceeded my expectations with the quality of the work. Sierra Living sent me pictures of my own product being made at different stages. The only downside is that it took 5 months to receive my order. However, the wait was worth it; you can’t hurry quality and beauty. Kudos to the artisans for their gifted hands, and kudos to Sierra Living Concepts for their excellent customer care.

Everyone was very helpful throughout the process. My one issue with the whole thing was I was not informed about how long the process would take. With that said, I love my bed. It is absolutely gorgeous.

Delivery process terrible!

Our bed is absolutely gorgeous. The hardwood is beautifully cut and stained. And the craftsmanship is specific and detailed. We made a few custom requests adjusting both the dimensions and the finish, and Sierra Living delivered! Thank you so much!

The time from order to delivery was excessive long (nearly 4 months), and it was not clear that the pieces of furniture were being made from scratch in India, sent be container ship to NY, then driven to Virginia. I think you should be more transparent about the delivery time. Having that said, the pieces are beautiful, you all were very polite and prompt with the couple of Emails I sent, and the gents who actually delivered and assembled the platform bed and other pieces were terrific. Very pleased with the furniture overall!

The best product so far, but worth the price

The only problem with our order was a language issue that was eventually overcome. The first images of the completed bed sent to us did not have it bolted together at the headboard, leading us to wonder why the joining looked so crude there, when the rest of the bed frame looked fine. Several email exchanges led us to suspect that our representative in Indonesia is not a native English speaker, although he did tell us the bed was not fully bolted together. We expected to see follow-up images of the bed once this was done, but none came--I think he assumed we would take this at face value, but we wanted to see the fully assembled bed before giving our OK. Once it was understood that we wanted to see a photo of the headboard bolted to the side rails an image arrived promptly.

Everything was going well until delivery. Your company should take lead and control XPO during inland transportation and white glove service. it was painful for me to keep track and contact XPO everyday, but didn't receive clear answer from XPO. Your staffs are supportive, i am impressive how Rahul's response to my email, and how Adam, Nancy try to push my goods to be delivered.

Customer service was amazing! Very quick response. There was one wooden plank that we didn’t love on one of the nightstands and we emailed them and they were able to change it right away! I loved that they kept us up to date at every stage along the way including raw products, unfinished and then finished product!

Your selections were great and because we live in a log home, we are partial to wooden furniture. Your customer service department is excellent and very helpful. The constant communication to keep us informed on the progress of our order was superb -including the photos of the pieces under construction. The furniture was carefully packed and shipped without any blemishes - you could tell the builders were proud of their work! The wood is so beautiful and not seen in any furniture store I've ever been in!! Unique look, quality product and nice people to work with - a perfect experience! I would make one recommendation: get the white glove service - this solid wood furniture is HEAVY!! 😁

The overall process was effortless for me. This product is very heavy, so selecting the white glove service was definitely a smart move for us. Our local moving team, Brad and Mike provided excellent service. I couldn't have done this by myself. The bed and night stands are beautiful! - The ordering process, including customization of the furniture for sizing (we shortened a headboard) as well as the stain/finish, was easy. - Sierra is able to make minor design modifications easily. - The products turned out exactly as requested and exactly as envisioned based on their catalog photos. - The quality of fabrication was outstanding! - The status emails that we received during manufacturing, which included photos of the furniture at various stages during manufacturing, was very insightful! - This furniture is being manufactured overseas, so be realistic about the shipping process (packaging for a long and arduous voyage, trucked to a port, loaded onto a ship, shipped by sea around the world, passing through the Suez Canal, unloaded at a US port, passing through customs at the US port, loaded onto a truck, shipped from the port to your home) and the time that takes! The total time from order to manufacturing complete ranged from 2-3 months, and then the shipping time was another 2 months. - The net result is beautiful custom furniture fabricated at a reasonable price and delivered in a reasonable period. I could not recommend Sierra more highly!

The quality is great! Pricing was ok, but the 4 1/2 month wait was a little excessive. But given the pandemic, I can somewhat understand.

Shopping was the easy part, took over 6 months to receive furniture which once received had a funny musty smell to it. The shipping was hectic. Got the bulk of the furniture on the 1st delivery which went very smoothly and the armoire on the second delivery which delivery company wanted to ship while we were out of town and charge me by the day if furniture was not delivered. Sierra cleared up the confusion immediately and shipped when we returned.

Product is great as was the buying experience. However, our bed arrived three months late and without an apology or attempt at compensation. I would think long and hard about ordering from your organization again.

This is my second significant order from Sierra living Concepts. The furniture is unique and is often made from solid wood with beautiful designs. I love supporting smaller businesses so I was thrilled to find a bedroom set I loved. This is not the place to order if you need your furniture quickly; however, the pieces are worth the wait if you can afford to do so. Also, Customer service is terrific. My order was delayed for months, in part due to Covid, then part of my order was delivered to the incorrect warehouse. In the end I did receive all of the pieces ordered and they are beautiful. Customer service stayed on each issue until they were fully resolved.

We love the final product. It absolutely meets our needs and looks stunning. The only concern we had was how much packaging was required to ship everything. We filled up several trash bags of plastic and needed to get rid of some fairly large pallets.

We were a little leery purchasing furniture sight unseen but we are so grateful that we took the chance with Sierra Living. We love the unique piece, the solid craftsmanship, fair pricing, and excellent customer service. Believe it or not, the best part was the local delivery company - you can tell Sierra Living did their due diligence and picked a quality moving and install company. We wanted solid wood furniture with quality craftsmanship — the kind our grandparents could buy at a local furniture store. We were disappointed that we could not have that experience without spending twice as much as we wanted. We were cautious about shopping from a place without a showroom, for months we thought maybe this furniture purchase was not going to be okay and because of Covid everything was super-delayed, including the cargo ship into LA. The personalized customer portal linked us to our purchase and its progress, including photos, and one point person of contact, so whatever question I had was answered and followed up on by one person who always responded promptly and politely. This all helped us trust the process from our purchase in March to our covid-delayed delivery in September. The bedframe and nightstands were delivered and assembled two days ago — they are as beautiful as the pictures. We are thrilled with our purchase!

The drawers to the bed was encased in an oak frame for shipping to which my boyfriend actually safe the wood to use on another project. Everyone loved the furniture

We ordered the Cayuta bedroom set, five pieces. Truly beautiful. From order to delivery was almost six months. That was fine with us, just longer than stated but well worth the wait! Would definitely recommend because of beauty of product and value for price.

Dealing with Sierra was great. Great quality and customer service. Other than super delayed delivery (which was out of anyone's control) things were fine. However....dealing with XPO for delivery was a nightmare. Once we actually got it delivered it was mostly fine but their communication was awful. Initially they just scheduled without calling me and trying to get ahold of them to reschedule because the time they chose didn't work took forever. Then the first delivery attempt they did not show up, nor call me, and then tried to say we weren't home. Second delivery was successful, however I was under the impression that they were able to take away our old base and they refused. I would highly recommend dealing with a different delivery company...

We are more than happy with our purchase! However, we were disappointed that no one contacted us to schedule a delivery date. Once our order reached port, we checked the status daily. Yesterday, much to our surprise the delivery man came. I checked the status again, and it still showed that our furniture was at port. Thankfully we just happened to be at home when he came. Other than not receiving notification or having the status of our order updated, we are very pleased with our overall experience.

Things gone right: - Selection, design, and overall quality. - Ease of order process. - Ease of obtaining status of order and delivery. Things gone wrong: - Both bed and dresser had minor scratches that occurred pre shipping. These should have been caught and repaired during inspection. - I ordered the “white glove” delivery. The delivery people were not given sufficient time by their company to unpack and set up my furniture. I had to help them unpack and clean-up.

We’re very happy with our bed. The delivery process was a bit disorganized—the shipping company did not communicate well with us or the white gloves service. Otherwise, all went well.

We purchased our first bed frame from Sierra Living Concepts a few years ago. At that time, I hadn’t read the fine print that explained our frame was being custom built out of country and shipped to us- which means it took a couple months to receive. But was SO worth the wait. We still love that frame, but it was a Queen and we graduated to a king with this purchase. We bought almost the exact same frame, just added a headboard this time. The quality is exceptional. Really. We are so happy with this company and with the super high quality frame. I love that they sent pics to us during the process- it helps to bide the time while we waited. If you are considering furniture from these guys- just do it!

This bed was/is attractive, sturdy, and well constructed. It was well packed and arrived without any damage. The assembly process was easier than most need-to-be-assembled items; from unboxing to finish took only about an hour.

I live the bed. Solid and sturdy. Beautiful craftsmanship. Very expensive but worth the price for the quality.

The shopping experience was excellent, however the delivery was horrible. Only one person came to deliver this very heavy crate. At time of scheduling the delivery I asked for white glove delivery and was told, that I had to arrange that at time of purchase. It was a rainy day and you would not believe the messy floor I had after the driver left. It is not the drivers fault, he did his best, but heavy items like this should not only have the delivery driver without any additional help. It soured the excellent experience I had until then.

I found the solid wood bedroom set of my dreams and after a very long wait (it was worth it) - it arrived. Amazing detail of packing and each piece labeled to match the place on the furniture it was to be used. The knobs and screws and slats are all individually finished and labeled. LOVED IT. I accidentally ordered the wrong size bed and they corrected the issue with minimal cost to me before it shipped and made the correct size and sent it here. I LOVE my furniture, and could not be happier.

The unique pieces on offer are great. We love our clearly well made bed. I've never seen a bed so sturdy. It did take a long time, but the packaging and the information were top-notch.

I shopped around quite a bit for a suitable bed storage frame. I kept coming back to the designs of Sierra Living. The quality looked good omline, and this holds up in person. Due to the times we live in: worker shortages, COVID, backlogs indelivery it took 7 months to get my bed. I was kept in the loop about what was going on, which helped. The bed arrived, and I had ordered the “white glove” treatment, which was an excellent choice. The bed was assembled and looks great. There is ample storage, and the color is perfect. I highly recommend the workmanship of Sierra Living artisans.

Wonderful bed, excellent craftsmanship, and the wrapping and crating were over the top. Setup was easy and having every third slat dovetail into the center support and the bed rails really locked the whole platform together. Looking forward to the arrival of the mattress.

We ordered a bed and two nightstands and had them customized to fit our space better which makes Sierra Living Concepts beyond compare to other furniture stores. The craftsmanship is outstanding. We are already looking forward to the next two pieces we are going to have them make for us. Bravo!

Excellent packing

It took awhile to get here but we’ll worth the wait. It is well build, sturdy, and will last for year. It was pack very well and had not a scratch on it. Beautiful. My daughter loves it but she needs a step stool to get in it.

Beautiful furniture piece. Delivery took 3 months longer than quoted. Furniture has strong odor from the uncured stain and finish, so have not been able to use it yet.

We were looking for good quality solid wood furniture and had gone to a very popular large furniture store and noticed how cheap everything was made. You can tell it wasn’t made to last at all and solid wood, was “ solid wood”… it was veneer or solid in some places but cheap particle board in other places. Hard No. So we did some searching and came to this website and the look of the pieces were gorgeous. We shelled out big bucks and became worried maybe we were scammed because it was taking a long time. But please let me assure you, if you want solid hardwood quality furniture, this is worth the wait. Also coming from so far and it going through customs you may worry, but the care they took to get it to us was impeccable. And holy crap it’s gorgeous solid wood hand crafted furniture. It’s BEAUTIFUL. Thank you thank you. If I could change anything I would have taken note of our bed stands height. With our mattress on bed, they seem small in size next to bed but they are gorgeous too. Thank you again! We love the furniture!

My wife and I purchased our new bed and matching nightstands from Sierra Living Concepts, and we couldn't be happier. Every part of the experience exceeded our expectations (except one, that I'll get to later). Sierra communicated with us at every stage of the process, from showing us that the first pieces had been built and asking our opinions and whether we were pleased with them, then showing them to us once the staining was finished and doing the same. They sent us pictures for one final check-in before shipping to make sure we were happy with everything, then gave us all of the information we could possibly want about the shipping itself. When it arrived, everything was exceptionally well packaged for transport, to the point where some damage to the outside boxes that had me concerned would've had to make it through 3 more layers of protection to ever reach the pieces! Every piece looks and feels exceptional, the quality is tremendous. The heavy bolts and connecting pieces almost feel like overkill, but I will absolutely sleep more soundly (har har) knowing that they're there. The only part of the experience that wasn't absolutely better than I expected was assembly. To be clear, I've put together a lot of furniture in my time, so I wasn't expecting things to be too difficult. And it shouldn't have been...except that we were sent the directions for a different kind of bed. It actually took me until halfway through page 2 to realize this, because even if it had been the right bed, the instructions were printed so faintly that I had trouble identifying parts in the pictures. So there were a few parts that we had to turn and rotate and reposition for half an hour before we figured out how it all went together. The other thing I feel the need to call out is that a couple of the drawers in our bed, and one drawer in one nightstand, are offset just a tiny bit from where they need to be to push in 100% of the way. The top of the drawer catches on the edge of what it's being pushed into, and causes it to jut about 1/4". I think for the bed, where the drawers are on rollers, I just need to shim the bed a tiny bit to fix the problem. I'm still trying to figure out the nightstand. But aside from that, everything is amazing! The bed and nightstand are absolutely beautiful, and are such high quality that I have no doubt this will be our "forever bed."

The only complaint I have about Sierra Living Concepts is; you don't carry the "Love Seat" I currently wish to buy. I need a wood Love Seat or small sofa with black leather seats. The delivery process is lengthy between India and the United States. Otherwise, your standards should be a model for many of the furniture companies that currently exist.

The tracking process was excellent, until it got to the final delivery. They lost half the order, didn't deliver on the day specified, and didn't communicate about it. Maybe reconsider the transport company.

Our items are securely packed/wrapped and we don't need them until we move into our new home next April. So as much as I'd like to unwrap and look, for protection and for moving again in 6 months from our current rental to our newly constructed home, we are thinking to leave them wrapped and protected. Thank you. (We trust what is inside is beautifully crafted.)

The point of contact for my order, Marissa Miller of the Box Moving Co, Inc. did an excellent job making arrangements for delivery and contacting me with timely emails regarding the scheduling for delivery. Also the Box Moving Co, Inc delivery team of Junior and Raheem did an excellent job unloading, moving and assembling my great looking wood bed. It is a work of wooden art.

Despite a couple of initial hiccups with the order placement, customer service was prompt in responding to my concerns and, ultimately, delivered a beautiful bedroom set to me. I would highly recommend this company and am so pleased I chose to use them.

Great experience

This is a beautiful platform bed and the wood is magnificent. Do your measurements. While this bed fits in the guest bedroom of 12'x13', it is over large for the space. I did not realize also that this was being shipped from OVERSEAS, which may be part of the reason for the cost. I had several issues with the delivery. For one thing it was months before the bed was completed and then shipped overseas and then to my state. Then the delivery service (RXO) mis-communicated by text giving me a date for delivery. I was happy that this was 2 weeks prior to the week of Thanksgiving when I would have my daughter and her husband staying in the room with this new bed. The delivery day came and went. I was home all day waiting. At around 3PM I called to ask RXO about it. Their phone tree was also difficult and it took several tries and around ten minutes to get them on the phone. I was told that the text confirming my delivery date was not an actual delivery date but a proposed one. I proceeded to schedule a new delivery date for the end of the week, still one day prior to my daughter arriving for the holiday. That next day came and went and I had to call RXO AGAIN. AGAIN the phone tree did not work and it kicked me out several times before I could get someone on the phone. That person was useless and said the delivery was cancelled and I would have to wait for someone to call me to offer a delivery date, despite the new text I received that "Confirmed" my delivery that day. Four more days went by (including the weekend) and they finally called to offer the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, which was too late for my plans so I opted for the Monday after the holiday (when my guests would be gone). The bed FINALLY arrived after almost three weeks of issues. The guys who came to set it up were great! The white glove delivery when it actually happened was wonderful.

Love the way this company does business. This is the third piece of furniture I have purchased. Solid wood, with exceptional craftsmanship. Over buying cheaply manufactured junk. These pieces are life time quality. The patience is worth it.

The bed and side tables are absolutely Lovely! Am waiting for my drapes to arrive - no pictures until then :)

Nice product

The overall experience was great. I appreciated knowing what stage the furniture was at throughout the process along with having photos. We wanted a high quality bedframe that will last and I think we got that. Sturdy, beautiful finish/staining, and just the right height for getting up out of the bed. We're happy with this purchase.

Great company.

The furniture is very solid & beautiful! I misjudged how wide the lip of the bedframe would be. It is much wider than I imagined, so it makes my small bedroom look very crowded. It will take some time to get used to it. It would be perfect if the lip of the bedframe was only about 2 inches instead of 6 inches. On the day of delivery, the trucking company initially only dropped off 1 palette instead of all 3 palettes. This caused an unnecessary delay in the White Glove guys being able to bring the furniture into my place for assembly. The trucking company originally said they would not be able to come back the same day with the other 2 palettes. With the excellent assistance of Adam Trevino, the trucking company did bring the other 2 palettes later the same day. The white glove guys were also very nice, capable, and professional throughout the delivery mixup. They would have likely been finished by 4 or 5 pm if all of the furniture had been properly dropped off. Instead, they weren't able to finish up until about 9:45 pm. The delivery snafu was the only bad part of an overall, very pleasant experience.

Bed design was changed through process of making and was a little disappointed I wasn’t getting design pictured on website. Still beautiful piece of furniture!

You do a pretty good job providing updates and progress throughout the long process. I really appreciate seeing the finished product, assembled (my purchase), before it was packed and shipped. It’s kind of a log process but you indicated a rough timeline initially so it was as expected. And the bed frame and headboard really are impressive. This was a good purchase.

I like the uniqueness of the solid wood pieces Sierra Living has to offer. Sierra Living is very communicative throughout the entire process as well. I received pics of the beginning construction and final images. As well as emails letting me know when the next stage of shipping/delivery began.

Customer service was awesome and the bed was as advertised. However, the hinges used to attached the support legs in the middle of the frame were cheap and rusted when they arrived. The support legs were also about 1/4 in short, even with the pads I requested to be added, so they will not reach the floor even with the mattress on the frame.

Took a very long time, but worth it!

All products I’ve purchased have been high quality and handcrafted. It takes awhile to get what you purchased but very well worth the wait!!

Customer service was terrific, kept us appraised during the entire process and easily accessible. Product is beautiful. The only issue is it took a very long time for delivery. We ordered in the middle of November and got the product March 15.

Very happy great communication super product. Got th platform bed and it is well made, heavy and easy on the eyes. Also we could tell the difference in our sleep the first night. Only thing is I wish I knew it was made overseas and had to be shipped, would have still purchased but wish that was conveyed prior to the order.
