I was so pleasantly surprised when the sideboard piece that I ordered finally came to SC. It was just perfect; more than I imagined. The color of the wood was as close to the picture on line as possible which was ensured for my discretion. It is quite the statement piece and is such a substantial piece of furniture that it shoud last a life time. Thank you for your service and workmanship.

Everything was great! My only complaint would be some minor scuffs on the top of the sideboard which probably happened after packaging. It looked like something was dragged across the top, I'm thinking from the delivery crew. I didn't see how it was loaded in the truck. Maybe some extra protection on the top would have been good.

From the moment we first ordered, we started to get emails and updates on our furniture. When it was finished, the email showed the tracking, and we could see where our furniture was. As it got closer to the delivery date, we received personal calls and text messages to let us know of our upcoming delivery. (Adam was so pleasant and helpful!) Our furniture was delivered yesterday and we just LOVE it! Definitely not cheaply made. You can tell a lot of hard work and love was put into this piece of furniture. You will not be disappointed! (We highly recommend the white glove service… they were fantastic! ) Thank you Sierra Living for crafting and delivering a beautiful piece of furniture that we will enjoy forever!

The waiting is tough but worth it for the quality and uniqueness of the pieces. I gave shipping a medium due to the amount of time not the customer service. That was excellent

Wow! We are super impressed! At first, we were hesitant to order furniture online without seeing the quality. However, our concerns were lifted with the consistent contact throughout the whole process. We liked talking to a real person with an American accent. We loved using the portal to check on the progress every step of the way. We loved being able to customize it and see pictures. When it arrived, it was securely packaged with zero issues. We were very pleased with the high quality craftsmanship. We definitely recommend using this company!

For the price, I would have thought that the drawers would have the soft close feature. Not disappointed with the piece but I just expected more for the price.

The furniture is outstanding. Craftsmanship appears superior. Even though the piece is very large and heavy, the White Glove Service crew did an incredible job getting it into and through the house to its final location. The customer service rep was also very helpful. Would recommend Sierra Living Concepts to everyone.

Good…but finished color is not what we expected. We were expecting an antiqued white but it is a pale green.

We were looking for a specific piece of furniture for our sunroom to house games for family nights. We found the exact piece on your website while scouring the internet. The size, coloring, price and described craftsmanship made our decision to purchase. It did take about 5 months to receive it, but it was worth the wait. We were informed on every manufacturing and shipping detail and knew it would be a great company to deal with. Our 450+pound package arrived yesterday, wrapped in many layers tighter than a drum, unscathed. The packaging department earned many accolades as did the means of delivery. The piece itself is a work of art and fits perfectly in our house. Such great quality of wood, painting, craftsmanship! It was exactly as described and we couldn’t be happier. It’s already filled with games just waiting for a family and extended family game night!

We finally received our Sideboard/Buffet piece! I know that the delayed delivery was not your fault. Between Covid and staff out, the US Port was experiencing shortages of labor to get the ships unloaded and processed. Frustrating, yes, and probably the new normal for a while. It was worth the wait! The beautiful, heavy, quality piece was delivered in perfect condition. We were kept abreast along the way through the customer portal. Thank you.

Your delivery service was excellent. Our home is in a gated area so a large delivery truck could not get in. They put my console on a private pick-up truck and delivered our new furniture. Very friendly and helpful. Also customer service was helpful throughout the process.
