Love my dining set

Upon delivery, opening the boxes and having a dining table and chairs, we love it! Great color (as selected, and very deep grain structure 👍), heavy solid wood construction, and timeless design in our dining room table and chairs. Couldn't be happier! We did (have to) add Teflon feet dye to hardwood floors and area rug- certainly not a big deal, would have been nice to have included.

We have purchased furnishings for our home three times in the past two years from Sierra Living Concepts. Have been happy with all pieces that we received. Took a good two months from ordering to receiving the pieces each time. The wait is well worth it.

The ‘wait’ for our custom made furniture was the only difficult part of the entire process. The portal was of great benefit! When the furniture arrived, we were impressed to see that each piece had been individually bubble wrapped, paper wrapped and securely enclosed in cardboard boxes. Setup took about 30 minutes. The dining furniture is beautiful! We are very pleased.

Guys, The table is beautiful and the communication between you all and me, the customer, was fantastic. Your portal works great. The only issue was with the delivery. Logistics called me 2 hours before they were due to arrive to tell me that I needed to have people there to unload the table as they were only sending a driver. AT no time prior to that was I told that I would need to have people there to unload the table. I was able to get 2 additional helpers and the driver did help us although he said he was not supposed to do so. Had I not been able to get the help, we would not have ben able to unload the table.

Amazing on all levels. Great notification process, great packaging and delivery, and what a beautify table set. That is real craftsmanship. God Bless.

Every piece of furniture was very well packed and delivered as promised. The craftsmanship is unmatched as well as the quality of the wood. The center leg of our table was not cut the same length as the other four so we were not able to use it.

Staying in contact on delivery was excellent

I felt well informed during the process. The customer portal is great. Love my table and the white glove service was worth every penny.
