This was the most unique shopping experience I have ever had. I was always in the loop on the process of making the cabinet, shipping and receiving and my questions to Customer Service were answered in a very timely and courteous manner. What a great company. It takes time to get the items but it is well worth the wait. Well done all!

Though the process takes a long time as the items ships from an international location your Company does well at keeping the customer update throughout the process. The only disappointment we had is once the piece arrived it was not white at all but more of an off white or beige color so we will have to paint it to meet our needs. I know it states colors vary but the piece was called "Winter White" so that is a little disappointing. The quality of the piece however appears to be very good.

I can't recall a better experience that what I've had with my transaction with Sierra Living Concepts. I purchased a beautiful coffee table online. From the time I placed my order to the time it was deliver and even after delivery, the customer service was superb. At first the staff sent me pictures of how my table looked like and I wanted the colors tweaked a bit and they obliged. I needed the furniture delivered at a certain time period because I was out of country and they worked well with me on that. I thought the table looked exquisite when it finally arrived. It looked better in person. Well worth the price. However, After setting up the table I noticed a crack on one side. I emailed SLC and the staff were so quick and responsive with e-mails. They were even very pro-active with following up with me. They worked with a local furniture repair shop in our area. The table was repaired in a timely manner. I felt like was a valuable customer. Just amazing. This should be how a business is run. I will order from SLC again for my future furniture needs and will highly recommend them to friends and family.

Product was delivered in excellent shape. Packaging was very good. Table was different color wise from the picture online and the top was square versus swedged. But that what custom means. We love our new coffe table it's awesome.
