We love everything about our furniture!!

The wine cabinet is amazing! If there were any complaints at all, it would be the long wait. But in the end, worth it!!!!

I couldn’t believe how nice the delivery person was and how great the furniture was packaged. The quality of my piece of furniture was astounding. Great job!!

It took some time for the custom sideboard to arrive. However it was worth the wait. Excellent work and beautiful finish. I am definitely calling them again for any furniture needs in the future. Their customer portal is so helpful. It gives you information from the start of the order to production to arrival at port to delivery time and date.

The whole process from start to finish was amazing from the pictures of the unfinished product to the pictures of the finished product to the pictures of the shipping wrap!!! I never had to wonder what was going on with the product. I have never seen better wrapping on an item for shipping!!!

We love the sidebar that we bought it's absolutely beautiful.

We were happy with the customer service and communication throughout the process. My only issues are that there is no option for delivery for the furniture to be taken in the house, making it extremely difficult to get our furniture up the stairs. Also, for the price I expected a little higher quality. There were parts of our furniture where the nails had made the wood bulge, the stain was not applied evenly, and the drawers slide roughly.

We love the bar console/buffet we ordered from you. It was well worth the wait. Understandable considering the times we have been living within a pandemic. The customer service has been thorough and professional. The quality and craftsmanship of the piece is beautiful. Thank you!

Buying online sight unseen can be stressful. I've been burned in the past. So it was reassuring that Sierra Living Concepts kept me updated every step of the way, with photos of the furniture during different stages of the building and staining process. Over a four- month span, it can be easy to let your imagination get the better of you and think you've been forgotten or are being scammed by someone, so those little touches gave me great peace of mind.

Overall everything was very good. There was a delay with shipping, but it was due to the backup at the shipping ports caused from the pandemic. They did send regular updates regarding the delivery date and any delay. The buffet table is absolutely gorgeous.
