Our saleswoman was amazing! Her advice and patience with us walking through every single measurement detail truly created a custom, one of a kind gorgeous furniture set.

I am so impressed with this company. While my order took longer than expected, I am so happy with the product. It is such good quality and looks like I spent more for it than I did. I loved being able to follow the process in every detail. When I called customer service because I am not tech savvy, they were so helpful and very nice. All in all, I will always keep them in mind for future purchases.

The buffet is beautiful and very well made. I love it. But it was quite expensive which is why it is a one-time purchase. The buffet was really well wrapped and protected, which is probably why it arrived without a scratch. It took a long time to arrive, but it came from India, and I understand delivery chains were strained at this time due to worldwide covid.

I received my furniture yesterday and it is beautiful! Everyone at Sierra Living was wonderful to deal with, from the person who helped me with my order, to the gentlemen who made sure my piece was designed to my liking in India by sending me photos of my exact piece, to the communication of where it was during the process and shipment, the professional delivery company once it reached the USA, and it is unbelievable how secure it was packaged! You are paying for real wood! I will order again. My only advice is to make sure you do a great job measuring or even draw a picture to scale where it will be in your home. And if anyone has any issues, please give Sierra a chance to remedy the problem before any negative reviews. It is special to have hand crafted wood furniture that is global. It brings our world together!

The delivery was fine other than the fact that I had to unbox the item, had not right of refusal based on the item condition. since I had to unpack and wait to see the result all was fine. But this was not the case with my couch.

We custom ordered a piece in our required dimensions. I received regular updates from the company with production status photos, and then shipping, import, customs and domestic shipping information. Very impressive. Also we tracked the shipping info online. The piece is beautiful!

The only issue I had was with the freight company Xpo not coordinating to have the piece brought into my home with the white glove service. If there had not been someone at my house at the time of their deliver, I believe Xpo would have left the piece in my driveway. No prior notification of their delivery. Adam Trevino was a tremendous help in resolving this situation and I appreciate his follow up! The white glove delivery team was awesome and placed the piece in the focal point of the area! Thank you!

Shipping and delivery took longer than expected though that was due to holiday and COVID-19 related delays.

I have ordered 3 pieces from Sierra Living Concepts. All three are absolutely gorgeous, beautifully made, high quality pieces of wood furniture. It is definitely worth the wait for this handmade craftsmanship. I am very proud of my purchases and if I had room in my house for more, I would definitely purchase again from Sierra. Customer Service is excellent, having things sized to my particular space needs worked out great and it was a pleasurable experience overall to do business with Sierra Living Concepts.

The piece is stunning and unlike anything you would ever find elsewhere... the only thing is that it took a long time (a few months) from ordering online until it was actually in the home. Not a big deal, but I just wasn’t aware it would take so long. With this being said, I was updated throughout the entire process from production to shipment which made the wait more bearable :) thank you so much!!!
