The delivery was perfect. The 2 guys who delivered and sent up were professional, knowledgeable, personable and polite!

From beginning to end, this experience exceeded our expectations. I found great value receiving the status updates with pictures and a view of the holistic process. Adam was extremely responsive and helpful with the delivery and white glove service, going out of his way to ensure we had someone here during the delivery window. Even though XPO arrived late, Earl and his peer were friendly, patient, and fun to hang out with while we waited, especially knowing it was a Friday. And when it finally arrived, we were impressed with the amount of packaging in place to protect the furniture. And the quality of the furniture is the best we’ve seen. The craftsmanship reinforces the high end, premium look we were seeking. Drawers slide in and out smoothly. And the white glove service was definitely worth it! Adam and Earl deserve to be recognized for creating a positive customer experience which is one of the many reasons we’ll buy from Sierra Concepts again. I also recognize the number of people behind the scenes working to make this a smooth and seamless experience and they deserve a big thank you too!

Other than the extremely long wait for our table and chairs to arrive, the experience with your company was wonderful. Our family will enjoy this furniture for years to come!

Lead times for this product seemed very long at 3 1/2 months from order to delivery. The tracking data was helpful, and the product was packaged very well and arrived without damage. The table and chairs are solid and heavy, However the finish is more of a ‘rustic” look, not highly polished. There are some color variations in the table top due to the wood species I suppose. Assembly of the table was straightforward and required two strong men to lift and set the table top. The stain we chose was darker than we expected, and not seeing a sample was our mistake. Also, we are adding chair cushions as the seats are very hard to sit on for any length of time.

We knew when we placed the order that we had to be patient while the furniture was custom made and shipped. We were sent photos showing the progress at different stages and customer service answered any questions we had. Great furniture.

After moving into our new house we saw that a 72” round table was too big and called customer service to downgrade to a 60” table. Very accommodating and refunded me the difference. I received it exactly when promised. Beautiful table. I am very pleased! Thank you!

Beautiful table and chairs! Although everything was packed secure. 2 of the chairs has large cracks in the seat. Sierra Living quickly responded and corrected the issues without question. I’ve been eyeing this table set for 2+ years and I’m so happy I finally pulled the trigger! It’s absolutely gorgeous!
