Furniture is beautiful. Exactly what I expected. Pictures are true to the product. No surprises. Only had the table and chairs a couple of days but looks like it'll stand up to a lot. Not for the weak, furniture is heavy.

The more clear finishes are better

Shipping was a nightmare due to COVID delays. We ordered in October and the website said 8-10 weeks for delivery, but it was closer to 15 weeks. The dining room table and chairs are very nice and, overall, we are satisfied.

The end product is fantastic and very enjoyable! I'm afraid my rating isn't stellar because I was unprepared for the long delivery time. I ordered the items in the beginning of March 2021. I received it in the beginning of August 2021. While I completely understand that the scope and quality of the work takes time, it would have been nice to know the timeframe of the entire order (including shipping time) before I placed the order. Nowhere on the product or checkout page does it say that the order is manufactured and shipped from India. I was told initially that the order would be complete by end of May. I assumed this included delivery time. It did not. In addition, the company that received the shipment in my town refused to deliver to our door due to driveway inconvenience. We had to pick up our own order and drive it across town to our home ourselves. We were not charged for the delivery thankfully but it was not the finale to this long delivery process that I was anticipating. The order was heavy and we could have used the assistance of the delivery company. As it was, they only assisted with lifting the item onto our truck (which is not meant for heavy hauling) and didn't even provide any securing equipment until I requested it. Overall I am satisfied with the items themselves but am very put off by the shipping and delivery process. I understand that these things can't be rushed, but it definitely makes me think twice about ordering from you again.

Chairs are great but shipping took forever (we blame covid for delayed shipping). Well worth the wait!

Love the table and chairs

Love the product. So beautiful. More beautiful then you could imaging when waiting. The process was very smooth. If you email, you WILL receive an answer within one day. Awesome customer support answering any questions I had. Only reason it not 5 star rating is I waiting led a little longer for my product then expected. Many factors for this. One major one, COVID. India shut down for a complete month. So not there fault 100% and they did through in white glove delivery! Trust me I am buying more stuff now. That says it all NANCY ADAM and ROUHL. All Good people

Customer service and the delivery process were excellent. However, I would liked to have known up front that the product was not made in the US and would take such a long time to receive it. It was more expensive than I would have liked.

Sierraliving said and did exactly what CS expressed --- price, service, delivery, order status. I only wish I ordered a longer table (e.g., table more robust/solid than I thought it was going to be!!! Table and chairs will be in the family for generations to come........... Great experience!

Love everything about sierra

It is difficult to find the words to describe just how beautiful this dining set it. It exceeded my expectations in quality/craftsmanship and the price was fantastic. I waited just a little over 2 months for delivery, which is understandable considering where it is made. Packaged very securely upon arrival, with no damage whatsoever. IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT! Do not hesitate to make a purchase from this company! Thank you!
