I cannot say enough about your customer service and warranty policy -- it is above and beyond anything I expected, as you replaced the first table that was damaged in shipping, and the second table that developed a crack along a glue joint. The new table arrived, and it is beautiful, with the exception of cracks in some of the glue joints on the border of the table. I did not want to trigger another service event, so I re-glued these cracked areas of the table myself. It is fine now.
With all this said, I think you should audit your woodworking process for assembly and gluing of the boards. I'm not sure if the problem is the type of glue you use, or the workmanship, or possibly the boards not being fully dry when assembled into furniture. At any rate, the incidence of cracks has been on each table you have sent.

This was a 2 1/2 month process from ordering to receipt of table. Very helpful customer service. We actually drove to the Houston XPO Logistics Service Center for pickup because we needed the table for hosting a Christmas party the day before it was going to be delivered.
The assembly process was very difficult. Turns out the stainless steel bracket wouldn't fit into the wooden cross grooves on the table base, so we had to spend 2 hours cutting and sanding it so it would fit correctly. Also, there is a significant crack on the table top, approximately 27" long. Besides that the table is beautiful!

We were aware of the long lead time when we ordered the product and it was long (ordered very end of November, delivered mid March) however the photos and progress reports of the product were helpful and the easy access to updates on status let us know that the items were being worked on and on schedule. The quality for the price is the main draw for this company. We looked locally for a set of table and chairs and though we paid about 20% more than we budgeted, we got a substantially higher quality product than we ever thought we could afford and we took advantage of a holiday coupon so we did save a bit there.
There was some mix up with the white glove service but it was resolved in the end. The important thing is that the customer service rep in California was in contact with me the whole time to resolve the issues. In the end, I would choose the white glove service again.
Our new table and chairs are solid wood and a thing of real art and beauty. No fake wood, no veneer, no short cuts. Thickly hand polished layers of stain and lacquer and natural wood grain are our reward for the long wait. If you shop around, you'll find that the only thing in the same price range locally is pretty cheap and awful. It's worth the wait for this product. The order confirmation e-mail promised a website that would be periodically updated as our table made it through the factory. CS responded very quickly and politely, but we should never been forced to contact them directly. Either provide the updates on the website as promised or simply tell your customers to contact you every month of so for an update.

The furniture is beautifully constructed and complements the other furnishings. I ordered two pieces, a coffee table and a dining table-both in early June. The anticipated lead time was 8-12 weeks, which would have been wonderful if fulfilled as I was building a new home with projected completion in late September. The coffee table arrived inNovember and the dining table this week-late December. I was disappointed but understanding in consideration of the pandemic and it’s related impact on all aspects of our lives.
Deliveryof the coffee was completed as anticipated. The dining table, after arriving in Los Angeles December 5th. was delivered December 30th. Granted 2 holidays intervened, but took 3+ weeks. Upon my calling customer service on the 30th I was informed the table was out for delivery that day. (No prior notification was received.)The next issue was the coordination with a to be determined White Glove Delivery” company. One was retained and arrived an hour before the delivery-Without Tools to uncrate and assemble the table. They were nice guys but not seemingly unaware of the task at hand. I had the necessary tools and ultimately the table was
placed in its designated space. Two other items of note, the coffee table over its first two weeks post delivery developed a small crack, increasing in size going totally across the top of the table. Upon reporting the matter and forwarding photos, you have graciously ordered a replacement. The second item is that in both packaging materials, the bolts to secure the tabes’ tops to the respective bases, were missing. Again, I had sufficient hardware.
On a positive note is the quality, knowledge and support of your customer support staff. Nancy, Adam et all, are indeed valuable assets to your Company. I always felt they were doing everything in their power to allay my concerns and frustrations.
In summary, I find your furniture lovely and unique, however in my situation, it’s construction and delivery we’re significantly compromised by a pandemic, international construction and domestic delivery processes.

They didn’t even take the chairs out of the packing, even though we paid for White Glove service. But I called Adam at customer support and he helped us. By the end of day two, the table and chairs were set up, the garbage was packed away and everything is fine. The table and chairs are beautiful and well made. Even the trucking company was helpful. Apparently, during COVID, people don’t want to do deliveries, and so they have brought people in from other states to try to help. But these people apparently just want to do the bare minimum. The gentleman that set it up for us, drove here from 1.5 away and set it up.

The installation was only so so. The supporting leg connecting to the base is a bit loose so it turns left and right for about 45 degrees. The installation guy couldn't figure out why it turns even after screwing it hard.

I ordered my table on 2/4/2020. I received my table 7/25/2020. The worst part of it was that I received notification that my table was in a warehouse near me for more than a month. I kept clicking the portal to set-up delivery and couldn't get a date set. After emailing and calling one of the many 800 numbers I was given, magically, my table delivery was up to be scheduled. The delivery team of 2 men was stellar. They came in a non-descript, older panel truck so I was initially a little nervous but they were wonderful, considerate, patient and absolutely willing to help us get the table set-up and in place carefully. A note: This table is huge and heavy. It requires at least 2 strong people to assemble it and put it into place. It was extremely well protected and I cannot see any damage what so ever. So, if you're willing to wait A REALLY LONG TIME, it's worth it.

The team at Sierra Living Concepts, Adam Trevino and Nancy Dow in particular, were terrific to work with. We had a lot of trouble with the delivery company. They delivered the table top and chairs on February 12th, but did not deliver the table legs. XPO Logistics was terrible to work with. Adam and the team worked very hard on our behalf to find and eventually (19 days later) have the legs delivered and the table built. He actually had to find a different logistics company to pick the item up from XPO and deliver it (they went to four different warehouses to find the legs).
The team went the extra mile for us, and I know they share our disappointment in the delivery company. Unfortunately, when they built the table, we discovered that two bolts were missing (the bolts that attach the floor brace). We had no bolts that would work as a replacement, so that piece is not secured. The company did not remove the packaging that the table top and legs were delivered in.
Adam and Nancy made the best out of a difficult situation. They communicated on an almost daily basis until the order was fulfilled. The quality of the table and chairs, and the extra efforts of Adam and Nancy are the reason we would consider doing business with Sierra Living Concepts again.

The delivery company cancelled on us twice, which was a problem since i had rearranged my schedule to accommodate their delivery. One of the times they sent me a text the morning of delivery and said the items was out for delivery and would be arriving shortly. After waiting 5 hours I finally got in touch with the delivery company to find out that they were not going to deliver the item that day and would get in touch with me to reschedule for a third tiem.

The shopping, design, and build experience was exceptional... And we LOVE our new table. However, you should know the delivery service dispatch agent (a women) who called to schedule the delivery was rude! She acted like they were doing us a favor be delivering our table. The delivery window given was between 8am and 5pm!!! She actually expected me to take the entire day off work, and sit waiting until they decided to deliver. Horrible. That cost me $500 in lost wages. A two hour window is acceptable; an all-day window is not acceptable! This issue will cause us to think before we decide to do any future business. By the way, the deliver driver was exceptional; dispatch was RUDE!

The table is beautiful and we get lots of compliments on it. The finish on the base piece is a little rough in one area but not very noticeable so it's fine. We still don't have chairs because I'm having trouble finding ones I really like so that is an ongoing process... would be great if your site had more of a selection. I am looking for affordable leather or upholstered chairs. Delivery was ok. The table top was not with the base and pedestal pieces and had to be tracked down but they got it to us the next day so that was a relief. Customer service during the decision making process was excellent. I was sent wood/stain samples overnight which made it much easier to figure out which finish worked best in our room. Overall, we are very pleased with the purchase... people can't believe I found such a great table online!
