We love this table. Very solid, high quality and a lot of care and attention to detail went into making it. The wood is beautiful, with a gorgeous finish. The table was impeccably packed for transport and arrived about 4 months after purchase, as expected. The company sent us photos of the table during its production.

Great product. Nice, courteous staff. A little better coordination with the delivery company would improve customer experience.

The delivery process can be smoother. However, customer service was very helpful.

I utilized the customer portal twice by sending an email. Both times I asked for a response but did not receive one. I asked for a confirmation when we made our choice on stain and also asked for a different edging on the table. I was told on the phone that the edging would have to be approved by Rajul since production had already started. When I did not receive any further information I then sent another email asking if if\t had been approved (NO RESPONSE again). We did not know until we saw the picture of the finished product that they did accept our request for a different edge. That is not acceptable. You should not be so proud of your customer portal!

We were highly impressed with the updates on our order. As the company completed tasks they would send you an email with your portal to see what is happening. They send you photos as each item is as they get finished. This is both in the unfinished (unstained) form and in the finished (stained) form. They keep you informed every step of the way which was very cool. These updates made the time fly right by. If there were any issues, they resolved them in a timely manner and made things right. The quality of the furniture is simply amazing. Exceptional craftsmanship. They listen to your needs and try their best to get you what you want. We would definitely use them again and we would highly recommend them to anyone searching for high quality furniture at a price you can afford. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Beginning with the sales process, through customer service and ending with the delivery team, our experience with Sierra was a totally wonderful experience. When ordering on-line, we were initially skeptical, not being able to see the furniture "in person". Once delivered, we found that the photographs do indeed accurately represent, (and actually understate the quality) of the product. As a matter of fact, when delivered and set up (by the outstanding delivery team), we were blown away by the quality and we stood there looking at the dining room set and all we could say was, "WOW". It was exactly what we expected and actually somewhat more "high-end" than we expected. The craftsmanship is outstanding! The set is absolutely beautiful. We will definitely purchase from Sierra again.
