The sideboard is just as shown on your website. It is unique, well made and beautiful. Being able to track the shipment from India to New York was a nice feature. The delivery company, The Box Company, were excellent. They carefully unpacked and placed the sideboard exactly as instructed. They were exceptional.

Just wish it would have not taken so long to receive.

I would have really appreciated help with getting the furniture in my house. It was extremely heavy and I had a very hard time

I was kept updated every step of the way! I was even sent a photo of the cabinet upon completion of construction. I k ew when it was put into the shipping container, when it arrived in port, when it cleared customs, and when the trucking firm picked it up. I was notified of the delivery date and received a phone call when it was on its way to my home. It arrived boxed and beautifully crated and clearly marked “Fragile” so it would get proper care en route. It is an absolutely gorgeous piece! I couldn’t be happier with it.

I receive my Item yesterday and I love it. It was so well packed and secure. It’s exactly what I was expected. Love you website ability to track the process of the order. Definitely it was worth the waiting. I unpacked, cleaned and kept it in the garage with the doors of the Buffett Table open to get rid of the smell (metal smell I guess). I hope it goes away.

White glove service people were friendly, and informed me if anything was wrong with the item to let them know because your company would fix or replace the item -- before they even finished opening the box. Also when I called about my order, periodically, the customer service people were great. Only worry was It took much longer that I expected before I received it because the customer service rep. said it was in stock--but it looks greaaaat in my livingroom! Thanks

Sierra Living Concepts kept me apprised of my order every step of the way. I'm waiting now for the actual piece to arrive and am excited to see the finished product!
