We absolutely love our two pieces of furniture that we purchased from Sierra Living. The communication about our hand made pieces was wonderful, when we received our furniture it was packaged wonderful so now damage was done and they look wonderful in our home!! Thank you! We will definitely buy other pieces!!

Everything was great! The price was fair considering the super high quality. The only thing was the I didn’t know it was handmade , it took longer than I thought.

It has become harder and harder to find unique furniture pieces for a reasonable price. We cannot say enough good things about this sideboard. It is beautiful, unique, high quality and absolutely worth the shipping wait. Thank you for giving us a treasure piece for our home.

I love the chest. I was a little unhappy about how the delivery process took place. I was told I would receive an email with final instructions which I did not. I had a delivery person call me and give me a different window for delivery...a much wider window that I was told. That is a real problem when you have white glove service and the white glove service (WGS) needs to be on hand to be able to move the furniture into the house once the item gets to the destination (my house). I personally had to get on the phone numerous times to try and find out when the estimated time would be for arrival so the WGS would be here. It should not have been my job to have to take care of this. In fact I was told it would be between the WGS and the delivery driver to coordinate the whole thing. That didn't happen until I got involved and tried to find out how to do that. When I called Sierra Living Concepts to let them know the issue, I was initially told they weren't responsible to have anything to do with the WGS and it was the first they heard of it. What? That wasn't what I was told, and somehow I was finally sent to someone at Sierra LC that took care of it and seemed to know what was going on. But, it took me a lot of phone calls to make that happen. I was the one texting and calling the WGS to try and keep them updated. I liked the guys at the WGS. They were really trying to make sure to get here at the same time as the Delivery person and did. That whole process between your WGS and delivery driver contacting each other and coordinating the time together has something to be desired. I love my piece of furniture though! It's beautiful! The lady who finally helped me in the end at Sierra was great. I wish I would have been sent to her initially!
