We are delighted with our new Dining Room set. As mentioned in a long email to your Customer Service group, we did have several minor issues with quality of finish. If you are interested, I can resend those to you. However, those were addressed satisfactorily. Your delivery process was exceptional, with the exception of local delivery cancellations that were outside of Sierra’s control. I suggest that formal agreements and or a premium compensation package with local delivery contractors would prevent similar future occurences. Overall, we are delighted and grateful for the consistently professional and courteous treatment we received.

Love my dining set

Upon delivery, opening the boxes and having a dining table and chairs, we love it! Great color (as selected, and very deep grain structure 👍), heavy solid wood construction, and timeless design in our dining room table and chairs. Couldn't be happier! We did (have to) add Teflon feet dye to hardwood floors and area rug- certainly not a big deal, would have been nice to have included.

The ‘wait’ for our custom made furniture was the only difficult part of the entire process. The portal was of great benefit! When the furniture arrived, we were impressed to see that each piece had been individually bubble wrapped, paper wrapped and securely enclosed in cardboard boxes. Setup took about 30 minutes. The dining furniture is beautiful! We are very pleased.

Guys, The table is beautiful and the communication between you all and me, the customer, was fantastic. Your portal works great. The only issue was with the delivery. Logistics called me 2 hours before they were due to arrive to tell me that I needed to have people there to unload the table as they were only sending a driver. AT no time prior to that was I told that I would need to have people there to unload the table. I was able to get 2 additional helpers and the driver did help us although he said he was not supposed to do so. Had I not been able to get the help, we would not have ben able to unload the table.

Sierra Concepts has exceeded any expectation as far as quality product, customer service and bringing value to their customers. The dining room table and chairs are gorgeous. The customer service team was very responsive to damages that occurred during shipment. We received acknowledgement of our concerns within 24 hours, although it was on a weekend. Within a few days, Sierra Concepts had communicated a thorough plan of action to rectify the situation. I have recommended to many of my friends and business associates Sierra Concepts and top notch products and service.

The packaging was the best I've ever seen. At first I was worried about the condition of the packing boxes but the inside was so well packed that nothing was damaged. I am very happy with the condition, quality and customer service. I can't wait to have my first family gathering with my new large table and the buffet is perfect for storing all my essentials. As indicated in the advertisement, there are small flaws - tiny pits and scratches that give it character and show that it is hand made. Also the very minimal assembly was a wonderful surprise. All we had to do was attach the legs. One thing though, be sure to match each leg to the correct place or the bolts won't line up right. All in all I'm very happy with my purchase.
