First time experience ordering an expensive piece of furniture basically sight unseen (in person). Everyone we spoke with was helpful and accomodating. Deliverery was made with-out a hitch--very professional. We have already had positive comments from our new neighbors about our table.

Excellent value for quality furniture. I bought a beautiful rosewood dining table with 6 chairs. The packaging was extremely well done; not a single scratch or mark on any of the items. The finish on this set is beautiful. The only thing to complain about is the length of time between purchase and delivery, 5 months total, but usual for this timeframe for all furniture suppliers.

The high quality of the product is noticeable. Furthermore, all aspects went very well except the stain color did not match representation on line. The online pictures display a Multi-tone wood the lightest of which is it blonde/natural appearance with hints of orange that matched the amber leather very well. However that color was replaced with a grayish tone instead. It’s not as nice but is acceptable

The way the whole process is manages was outstanding. The only recommendation I would offer is that unpacking and set-up is part the pricing. It was not part of the delivery and I had to unpack and set-up the furniture myself and dispose of all of the packing material. In the grans scheme nt a big deal but could really take the experience to the next level
