I loved the way you keep your customers in the loop every step and process was documented and allowed me to see the progress that was being made while my furniture was being made. Staff we’re readily available and always available to answer questions.

The dining set is beyond gorgeous! The shopping experience went smoothly and it was fun getting to see pictures of the manufacturing in process.

The table is fantastic, the communication was great. Accommodations for a lengthy delay were appreciated. THe container updates were greatand Xpo logistics was fine until delivery day. They brought one person with no way to get the pallet out of the truck and we had to get the neighborhood to do it for them. If it were me, I would not pay them for a portion of the service they provide your company. As for the table, Please pass our appreciation to the people who built the 2 pieces we bought. Their work is fantastic and my wife and I are very happy with what arrived. Your whole team did a great job in trying times. We appreciate it!
