My furniture is BEAUTIFUL. Here are a few concerns. I think you should be more up front with the fact that the furniture is made in India. Your website, with a Fremont physical location noted, is very misleading. "Free delivery", but I was asked if I wanted "white glove" delivery - the table would be put together for me - for $500. I declined. BUT - I was not informed that my table and chairs would be delivered on a pallet directly from the ship. Of course, thinking my furniture was coming from FREMONT, I thought all I had to do was attach the legs to the table. It took us over 1 hour to de-crate and de-box it all. AND I have quite a bit of packing material to dispose of. AND- the delivery showed up by surprise- no email warning of its arrival- thank goodness I was home that morning. (There was nothing on my direct link to my order either) That being said, the end product is beautiful. Angie was a wonderful help on the phone and very patiently steered me to the correct color finish. Seeing my table now, she was ABSOLUTELY right in this choice. She also helped me choose the correct size table. The finished product and ANGIE are the stars of this entire process. We do not have the table in the room quite yet, since we were surprised by the delivery. I will share photos once it is in place

We searched all over to find just the right table for our new house but failed until my son came across your website. I was a little skeptical about ordering something that big without seeing it in person, but we did. Pricing was just right and they had the ability to make our table the right size (72” square) and color (whitewash). The table looks great and is quite sturdy. All we had to do was screw on the legs and get some friends to help us get it upright. Also had to buy cups for the chair legs so it was a smooth move on our new floor.

Everything was great, and as ordered. Impressed with the finished product. Took 6 months to get it, but who knows with COV-19. Only issue, took 6 months to receive, but will definitely use again.
