I have to admit I was skeptical at ordering furniture online and not being able to see it before I ordered, but we decided to dive in. We ordered a sideboard, a small dining table with 4 chairs and a big dining table with 8 chairs, all matching stain. We received updates at every process with images to see the work in progress. I must say Sierra Living you really made this process very simple closest to getting it from a store. I just wasn’t able to touch it. Thank you so very much! We will be customers for life! PS we put blankets on top of the tables until we get the glass we ordered to cover it.

I am very pleased. Do not be alarmed by this company that you may not heard of yet... they are the real deal... buy with confidence. The hand-made table I purchased took about 12 weeks total to arrive, but I was always aware of the where it was in the process. Communication is superb, and there were zero issues upon delivery. I couldn’t be more satisfied. I highly recommend!

Very good communication on entire process

I cannot say enough about your customer service and warranty policy -- it is above and beyond anything I expected, as you replaced the first table that was damaged in shipping, and the second table that developed a crack along a glue joint. The new table arrived, and it is beautiful, with the exception of cracks in some of the glue joints on the border of the table. I did not want to trigger another service event, so I re-glued these cracked areas of the table myself. It is fine now. With all this said, I think you should audit your woodworking process for assembly and gluing of the boards. I'm not sure if the problem is the type of glue you use, or the workmanship, or possibly the boards not being fully dry when assembled into furniture. At any rate, the incidence of cracks has been on each table you have sent.

I love my table & chairs! The workmanship is awesome, I just want to stare at it all day! Long time for shipping but definitely worth the wait.

Please include more information about the product along with delivery. It would make it easier to describe the table to friends and family.
