We didn’t know that the process from ordering to delivery would take so long, but we are very pleased with our purchase.

It was difficult to find an extendable table that I liked but you guys had one.

I rated the company a 5 star even though we had a horrible delivery experience. The problem was the two guys who brought in the furniture and then refused to set it up. They didn’t even take the chairs out of the packing, even though we paid for White Glove service. But I called Adam at customer support and he helped us. By the end of day two, the table and chairs were set up, the garbage was packed away and everything is fine. The table and chairs are beautiful and well made. Even the trucking company was helpful. Apparently, during COVID, people don’t want to do deliveries, and so they have brought people in from other states to try to help. But these people apparently just want to do the bare minimum. The gentleman that set it up for us, drove here from 1.5 away and set it up.

The whole process is seamless. Customer service is outstanding. Product is beautiful and so well made. Have bought again already and will buy more in the future. Great company and service.

Sierra Concepts has exceeded any expectation as far as quality product, customer service and bringing value to their customers. The dining room table and chairs are gorgeous. The customer service team was very responsive to damages that occurred during shipment. We received acknowledgement of our concerns within 24 hours, although it was on a weekend. Within a few days, Sierra Concepts had communicated a thorough plan of action to rectify the situation.
