We absolutely LOVE our new diningroom and everyone from your company was WONDERFUL!!!

Everything went smoothly with update notices provided at every step.

Loved the tracking portal, it made it easy for us to follow along. Delivery and receipt was well communicated and efficient. The table exceeded our expections. it is the exact size we wanted, the color, quality, and craftmanship is impressive.

The ordering process was easy. Having pictures sent as items were being made and being ask to be approved and give the ok to continued. The wait time to finally get it was a bit tiring but when i came home and it had been delivered and set up , I was in awe.

The table and chairs are well-made, and were delivered within the stated timeframe. The dining room set looks just as it did in the pictures online.

Flawless purchase from beginning to end.

The furniture was delivered and packed well. No issues with the condition. I have only 2 issues, 1 it took a long time and 2 I didn't know we had to unpack all this furniture. We are 65 and 73 and it was some job getting these items unpacked and set up. I had no idea we were responsible for unpacking the entire dinning room set. It was quite a job and not an easy one.

We bought a dining room set w/ cabinets. From the very beginning the help we received in our selection process, communications, updates on build progress and overall service has been fantastic. Very responsive company to any and every question along the way.. We had a very long delay in getting our furniture. Covid has disrupted pretty much every industry across the board, so I don't believe this was any fault of Sierra Living Concepts. We finally received our furniture and are very pleased how it looks. Beautiful! Worth the wait. I highly recommend Sierra Living Concepts to anyone looking for real wood furniture.

Overall pleased with service and product but color of table was much darker than expected.

Excellent product, beautiful, and comfortable. I can tell it'll outlast ME! Customer Service was very attentive. The only thing was I sometimes needed them to stop calling and calling, to move things along. I was extremely busy and moving at the time, so though I really wanted to move it along too, it wasn't always possible at the pace they seemed to want. In the end, though, the product is outstanding! I plan to order more from them, and would recommend you do too. It's always scary to spend that kind of money on a couch without being able to go to the showroom and sit on one, but take it from one who has sat, cuddled puppies, and taken naps on it, it's VERY solid and comfy! Beautiful materials, too!

This is really really great quality stuff. The customer service folks are great. BUT. You must realize when you buy, that what you are buying is made on-demand, and in India, not California. When it's done - They do not fly it here. They put it on a boat. So for 4 chairs - the time from ordering them to sitting in them was about 5 1/2 months. Not weeks. Months. But other than that everything was great!

I found your beautiful furniture online but I was hesitant to buy without actually seeing it. I was convinced to buy after reading reviews and speaking to your sales people on the phone. Extremely helpful. Loved getting updates on the progress of the pieces. Pictures were great. Our table and chairs are a wonderful addition to our new apartment. The craftsmanship and quality is amazing.

Having returned a table to another store that was damaged in transit, I went looking for a 7 foot round table and found you.I spoke to your sales people and felt confident in the process, so ordered and watched on my computer as the table and chairs were constructed. When it arrived it took us one full evening to unpack the bottom of the table top and 6 chairs. Your care in packing was phenomenal. There was not a mark on anything and it is beautiful.
