from start to finish i was able to follow the adventures of my furniture.

Everything was great including the product. We had an issue with our delivery but Susan and Adam corrected the problem . We are very happy with our new dining set.

Shopping, and ordering was excellent. XPO delivery failed your company F+++++. White glove service eas excellent and proactive in resolving XPO failure and went above and beyond to rectify by picking it up and delivering. They then installed so I could have Thanksgiving day and serve food at our new table and chairs. Kiddos to white glove service. A+++++

We ordered several pieces for our mountain condo. The manufacturing process was very interesting to see pictures of the furniture along the way. I had a question here and there and received courteous and satisfactory responses. Because of COVID related supply chain delays, our delivery was not as timely as we'd expected and began to bump up to our family holiday travel plans. As a heads up, I let customer service know that we'd be unavailable for 3 weeks. Adam immediately addressed the concern, worked with the local delivery company to prioritize our delivery so we could receive it several days before our departure. It's difficult to get delivery service that quickly in the mountains. It was very much appreciated. We will definitely use SLC for future furniture needs.

I absolutely love our furniture. It was so worth the wait. Super high quality and very unique. Overall a wonderful experience. I wish I would have found you sooner.

Love the furniture; the wood is very beautiful. It was a very long wait to get it, however; likely due to Covid 19 and the fact that the furniture is made in India, which we did not know when we purchased it. However, the high quality and beauty of the furniture made it worth the wait. The onsite delivery and setup was good.

We love our dining room table and chairs. The only negative is that furniture delivery was well beyond the projected date. It would have been helpful to receive email updates once we were beyond the expected date of delivery explaining the delays.

I have ordered Furniture from others that were higher priced but no way near the quality of Sierra Livings furniture. Step by step communication through the process with photos and the shipping packaging was excellent. Arrived just like the pictures, no dings or damage. Will definitely order from them again! Excellent communication, prompt response to questions. The table & chairs are beautiful. The only thing I did not realize when I ordered was the product was made in India and needed to be shipped by boat to US. I was able to track progress plus had communication from staff. I was so pleased when the table & chairs were delivered 2 weeks early. Thank you!

Consider showing the wood stain options more prominently. Also, on shipping, consider protecting the table corners just a bit more. We had one of the table corners damaged just a bit. The damage is not severe enough to complain about. Just wanted to mention.

Of course, the best attribute were the pictures and ability to interface with questions during the production process. I have not seen any other online store provide this service. Additionally, Sierra was proactive in providing status as soon as that status was received from the factory. I would most definitely come back to Sierra and also recommend further purchases to all my friends. Outstanding Job Sierra!

The table and chairs arrived on time and we were extremely impressed with what we saw. Ordering online in not a favorite choice for me because of the "unknown". As we unwrapped the chairs and table (which were wrapped extremely well)we smiled from ear to ear. They are so beautiful and look even better in our home. I did notice a drip from the varnish on a couple of chairs but I can certainly live with that. They are gorgeous and Thank You!
