I have to say the customer service is about the best you’ll get anywhere. From the moment I purchased my furniture they were there every step of the way. All local, it was a breath of fresh air not to have the language barrier of overseas customer service. I was assigned a designated person (Adam) so I didn’t have to speak to numerous people. He was extremely helpful. This is very high quality furniture which is made to order so do expect to wait a few months to receive but very well worth it. The quality is incomparable to 99% of furniture available at other retailers- it’s honestly the best I’ve seen. Unfortunately through no one’s direct fault my furniture did have some damage but they were speedy about a resolution I am satisfied with. I will continue to purchase furniture from Sierra Living Concepts for years to come,
