Love my new furniture. Excellent quality and craftsmanship. I wish it hadn't taken so long, but understand with present day cargo issues.

shopping for something like this off the internet is never precise and always difficult but, so far, this has been a great experience and worth the wait. Never having bought custom-built furniture before, the wait was tough, especially in this world of instant gratification. We have yet to unpack the tabletop or put the unit together, but the chairs and stand are very cool and one-of-a-kind. The coloring seems brighter, more alive then the pics and the assemble will look dynamite in our kitchen nook overlooking the water. The major drawback to this experience outside the weight of delivery and building, was the delivery. Although the delivery services were easy to contact and set up delivery, they only bring the product to the house. Living 15 feet higher makes this difficult and an option of having it brought up into the home for an extra price would be helpful and make coordinating things far easier

The overall experience was very good. Great communications with continuous updates throughout the process. The pictures of the item as it progressed through the manufacturing process were a big surprise. Great Job

I love the dining room table and chairs. After they were delivered, I realized that I should have opted for the White Glove service. I emailed your customer service team, and they called today and arranged for everything to be done the same day. They also gave me an amazing break on the price. I feel so fortunate to have purchased from Sierra Living Concepts, and I am excited to have two more pieces coming soon!

Wow. I am just blown away with this whole experience. The status updates with photos were above-and-beyond, and it was excellent to see the process from soup-to-nuts. The packaging was crazy-good - it took 2 of us at least half an hour to unpack everything! These items were clearly made and packaged with extreme care. But the absolute BEST part was once everything was set up in my kitchen. I am so in love with this set and it was worth the wait and worth every penny. The quality is impeccable. Just amazing and SOOOOOOO beautiful. Each piece of this beautiful reclaimed wood, to me, tells a story, and I am just pleased as punch with the entire experience. Thank you so much! My dining room table with chairs is absolutely beautiful. I wanted a piece that stood out and it be something that was focused on when you walked into the home. A Sierra Living Concepts did not disappoint. The craftsmanship of the piece is stellar. My only issue would be the same as everyone else. It took way to long to receive it. And once it finally arrived the delivery service didn't know they were supposed to assemble and remove the debris of boxes/trash. I still had them to do since I paid for the white glove service.
