Love the website with pictures and status of my order.

The only reason I didn't give this a five star rating is it took longer to receive than what I had anticipated. Also, the company that delivered it did not contact me to set up delivery. I was at work and received a call asking for instructions to my house. I had to leave work promptly giving no notice to my employer. That said, the sideboard arrived with no damage and was exactly as the picture shown. This is a well made, beautiful piece of furniture. I looked at this on line for a couple of years before ordering. I wish I had ordered sooner, but I was not comfortable spending this kind of money for something on line. After looking for something comparable and not finding it, I took the plunge. I was not disappointed.

The process was clearly communicated upfront and implementation of the process was exactly as advertised and communicated well.

My shopping experience was wonderful. I wasn’t sure of what I wanted as far as wood and color. When I called in, I received the information I needed and was able to make a decision. I am very, very happy with my purchase and would definitely purchase from Sierra Living Concepts again.
