I loved my chairs they look very expensive and came in perfect condition. They were packed in the highest Quality! The only thing is I wish they would have uncreated them for me. It was hard taking them out of the crates. I did not mind taking all the foam, paper, and plastic wrap off but uncreating them was difficult.

I don’t understand the ship arriving six days early and stuff arriving a week late. That said the White Glove was good on site in fact great but two truck mishaps making them hours late with comms only if I reached out.
That said the cravings in the furniture was fabulous. The sturdiness and quality was unreal. The fabric and detail there was spot on. Speaking of spots, the packaging was so thorough that there could not have been a fabric spot or dent from shipping. Well done. Would do again.
