Amazing, quality and durable furniture. This is our second purchase from Sierra living concepts and we are beyond thrilled with our table/chairs, new coffee table and 2 end tables. We ordered a smaller coffee table about 5 years ago and it has been our favorite piece of furniture we have owned. Great and very friendly customer service and a seamless process. Thank you so much!

Constructed the solid wood furniture to our dimensions. It is well built. The delivery process was delayed, but when the carrier finally brought the furniture to the door it was packaged well and undamaged. This most recent delivery process was so much better than the last purchase and delivery we had from you. Definitely hang on to the carrier that delivered. They were very professional and the packages were in very good shape from all the miles they traveled.

Customer service helped me pick the perfect custom stain color and the right wood for what I wanted, I loved the idea of being able to adjust dimensions, and am impressed with the high quality of my tables. The only thing I did not like is that delivery was just to the front door. The deliveryman was polite and helped as much as he said he could, but I'm used to furniture being brought in and set up in my home and with packaging, etc., removed from my property. For heavy furniture, especially with anything I might want carried upstairs, the delivery service falls well short of adequate -- we're not talking about bringing in a small package here! Other than that, I could not be happier.

Quality of wood is excellent. It is all 100 percent solid wood as promised. The delivery process was excellent and so was the packing. Workmanship could be improved, and finishing could be better. There were spots that the varnish or stain was not fully absorbed by the wood and these are visible. Using a touch up pen may eliminate this and I need advise (color and type) from the seller or manufacturer on this matter.

The dinning table and chairs are beautiful and extremely well made. This set will serve our family for many years.

From the beginning, everyone provided excellent updates on the progress of all aspects of manufacturing, packing, shipping and delivery. Customer service was outstanding!

The end tables are beautiful and we are very happy with them. However, it took 16 weeks to get them. They arrived in our city, and but were not delivered for nearly 2 weeks. I reached out to the shipper, and repeatedly was sent to a line that was not answered, with a full voice mail box. I reached out to Sierra Living Concepts and they responded quickly and consistently, but it also took them several days to reach anyone and get the tables delivered.

Very impressed with the quality of the build and the Finish the stain color was a little darker than I anticipated but overall quality is very high thank you

The items were beyond beautiful only negative it takes a long time to get items. I wanted 4 months for mine. It was worth the wait was beyond happy with my items.

We love the rosewood coffee/side tables we received. They were beautifully designed and crafted and stand out in our living room. The furniture was packaged very, very well, protecting it as it was shipped all the way from India. The customer service and delivery experience was great, working w/ me. Thank you for NOT using FEDEX. It did take longer than we expected for us to get furniture. My husband was getting very impatient, thinking the worst, despite my sharing w/ him the feedback I got. I wish there was a quicker way to get the orders.

It was an easy experience and the rosewood tables are beautiful.

The tables are very beautiful. BUT, the colors are not even close to the photos I was sent of the raw product. They are many shades lighters than we agreed to. Very unhappy about that. and there are two spots on the coffee table that obviously were holes that were filled with putty that stand out like a sore thumb. Very shoddy for such an expensive product. I believe I should receive a refund of at least $200 for these issues. My cell phone camera only takes "jpeg" photos so I couldn't send photos of the puttied spots. Not happy with the overall experience, especially since it took almost 6 months to get my tables. I understand the "plandemic" slowed things down, but it was still was too long.

Your website concept was good to understand progress when buying online. Updates were not as consistent as sold. Would have preferred to been told before transaction was completed with sales agent on the phone about lead time on orders coming from overseas

- The ordering process, including customization of the furniture for sizing (we shortened a headboard) as well as the stain/finish, was easy. - Sierra is able to make minor design modifications easily. - The products turned out exactly as requested and exactly as envisioned based on their catalog photos. - The quality of fabrication was outstanding! - The status emails that we received during manufacturing, which included photos of the furniture at various stages during manufacturing, was very insightful! - This furniture is being manufactured overseas, so be realistic about the shipping process (packaging for a long and arduous voyage, trucked to a port, loaded onto a ship, shipped by sea around the world, passing through the Suez Canal, unloaded at a US port, passing through customs at the US port, loaded onto a truck, shipped from the port to your home) and the time that takes! The total time from order to manufacturing complete ranged from 2-3 months, and then the shipping time was another 2 months. - The net result is beautiful custom furniture fabricated at a reasonable price and delivered in a reasonable period. I could not recommend Sierra more highly!

I was so excited to Order our coffee table and 2 end tables in November, we found exactly what we had been looking for at Sierra, and although it said a 8-10 week delivery, we were prepared to wait - as time dragged on and there didn't appear to be much progress I became concerned and even thought I had been scammed at one point having paid in full. As the weeks passed I knew we were not going to see our furniture at the end of January as we were told. I got to the point in February that I was going to cancel and eat the cancellation fee but so glad I didn't! Now we have our furniture we couldn't be happier - it really is beautiful, the quality, the uniqueness and just overall wow factor. I dealt with Adam mostly and he held our hand through the delivery process to ensure it all went smoothly. I would totally order again, now I know what to expect, so if you're currently in transit, don't give up, you will be overjoyed when you receive your furniture.

We really enjoyed the experience of shopping online. We used the live chat and phone call with the sales rep to select products. Very good experience. We also enjoyed watching the images of the products as they were built, finished and packaged. There were images loaded into our portal at one point that were two different images of the same product, so we weren’t sure which one was ours, but that was corrected. During the building process, emails that we sent with questions were answered promptly. When we ordered the furniture in November, we were told to expect delivery around the third week of February. In March we inquired about delivery and were told we could expect it early April. The order didn’t arrive until the third week of April. This was not a huge problem, and we know with the COVID-19 crisis, many things have been delayed, but communication in the portal on expected completion date and arrival date, even if it ends up changing would be helpful. I was happy to receive the survey in January or so about preparing for the white glove service. This gave confidence in the delivery process. However, it seemed that selection and booking of a delivery service was not initiated until about a week or so after the products reached the US and had sat in New Jersey waiting for pickup. Then the white glove service selection wasn’t booked until the delivery arrived at its closest destination. This seemed to delay the delivery as the products waited in New Jersey for the delivery to be arranged and waited again in Cadillac Michigan until a company was found and then waited at the white glove company until they could fit in their schedule. That being said, I realize everything is hard right now. The dining table arrived with damage from the shipping process. Flow of communication upon delivery and in the process of resolving the damage was a little confusing ( part of that was my missing an email). You promptly worked with us to arrange a replacement, which is in process. I really like the concept of your business model and we enjoyed the experience. We also love the furniture! I was nervous to by so many pieces with the finish that we chose. I loved the look on your website but didn’t know if it would look too busy in our house. But I love it! Thank you.

The end tables are absolutely beautiful!

Apart from the fact that it took 5 months to receive the furniture (obviously due to Covid), the XPO delivery people did not seem to be aware that we had paid for the extra delivery service. It was just a matter of telling them and they did the full job, but it might be a communication issue you can make sure does not happen on your end I guess.

Hard to order furniture online, sight unseen, but this furniture is truly high quality, solid wood, and beautiful! We purchased many pieces for a new home and are delighted with all of it!

It was a seamless experience and the portal keeps you posted on every step. The product delivered is pretty good. I would definitely like to see more variety, adding more contemporary design to the selection. As of now the selection is extremely traditional.

My only 'complaint' was I didn't realize how long it would take to get the products. That said, it was great to be able to choose the stain color and get exactly what we wanted...it just took a while.

Every thing was good with my shopping experience except for the delivery service by XPO. The men who made the delivery were careless and scrapped paint was off my front door from the boxes during the delivery. They did not say anything to me about the damage. I did not discover it until after they drove away. Very disappointed with the delivery service.

We ordered tables made over seas. They are solid wood and just as they were advertised. It did take a while to get but we were told that in the beginning. The delivery man was very friendly and helpful.

Furniture is somewhat darker than the all the pictures I viewed before ordering and after final images were posted. I Would have preferred a little lighter stain with more hint of red. They will work OK I guess although I was hoping for a better match with some existing rosewood. The furniture itself, both the table set and the end tables are well made and heavy. Much better than the stuff in most furniture stores with wood you can't find either. No damage as the packaging was very robust. The freight only delivers with a semi-trailer so there is no way they could navigate to my house on a lake. This necessitated me and my brother in law having to drive over an hour away to the terminal to pick the shipment up. Not that big of a deal but a box truck delivery could have solved that problem. Tracking was excellent and I was able to actually track the ship carrying it and accessed the dock cameras at the Port of Houston to see the ship being unloaded. The shipping estimate was too optimistic as it took a little over 23 weeks for delivery. Hardware was OK but the nuts were slightly over sized and rendered the included wrenches useless. I may purchase a media center in the future..... The last picture I am posting is of the rosewood I was trying to match.

Previous reviews convinced me to take a chance and order these tables even though the wait time was long and they were coming from overseas. Their app tells you each step of the process. We received tables yesterday and held our breath as there was a puncture hole in one of the containers. The packaging is very good and fortunately the end table was not damaged. We love the tables and it was worth the wait. We are extremely pleased and would order from Sierra again. Good quality product and beautiful wood!

all items arrived in perfect condition and exactly as described. end tables and coffee table feel very sturdy and well made. the assembly and shipping took longer than i had hoped but that is perfectly understandable under current Covid supply chain conditions. the regular order status updates were useful and I actually enjoyed watching the travels of the items as they moved half-way across the globe to finally end up in my living room. i wouldn't hesitate to order from sierra living concepts again. in fact, this will be my first stop when shopping for future purchases.

Tables are very nice and not damaged at all. A little disappointed with the delivery- took 5 months. Thought delivery would originate where your company is located in Fremont, CA and not India. Overall satisfied with the furniture.

I love the fact my furniture is real wood and is heavy! My only complaint is that it took 3 months to receive my furniture.

The only reason I picked good rather than excellent for delivery process was length of time it took. Otherwise your process, communication and packing quality were the best we've seen. Overall, a wonderful experience and we love our new furniture! Excellent quality, too!

Suggest you explain to customer how furniture arrives and the shear amount of packaging materials and wood pallets. Now I know why “White Glove Delivery” costs $500!

I was impressed with the communication of the order status and ability to track the order throughout. The pictures of the unfinished and finished pieces helped as well. The tables look amazing and exactly what I expected. In future I would pay for unpacking and setting up in my house. I will say this was the best packing I have seen; so many layers of plastic, paper and styrofoam and boxed and in a wooden crate.

I was hesitant to order furniture outside of a brick and mortar store but only Sierra Living offered exactly what I was looking for with the size, style and custom finish. I did a lot of research, reading reviews and the responses from Sierra Living. I felt I knew what to expect so I took a leap of faith. I am happy to say that the overall experience was excellent. The final products (coffee table and end table) that arrived were exactly as expected. The tables arrived in just under 3 months from the time of ordering. Throughout the process, I was able to see the progress of my order with images of the product at each stage. Twice I responded within the window provided to give feedback on the order and each time I received a prompt email response to my questions that assured me my input was addressed. When the items were finished, I continued to be able to track when the order was placed into the shipping container and also when the vessel departed with my items. I wasn't aware that I would be able to track the shipping container and vessel but that was a pleasant surprise. Finally, the delivery was everything I read about - challenging but positive. It was clear that an extreme amount of care went into the packaging. It took a few days, an empty garage bay, and a few tools to get the items unpacked; along with two trips to waste management to drop off all the packaging materials. It was intensive but other reviewers mentioned this before and most importantly, the products arrived in pristine condition. I will absolutely order from Sierra Living again.

Great customer service had a problem with shipping damage they had someone come out to look at it and replaced damaged piece with out any issues. Furniture is absolutely beautiful very happy with it. 2nd time ordering with them.

Enjoyed following the construction and shipping progress of our furniture. Once the furniture was released through customs, the customer delivery time Could use some improvement.

Overall experience was very good, only issue was lead time. Took 3.5 months to receive our end table. Being it was just an end table it wasn’t a big deal, it was just a little head scratching. In the end the quality and workmanship was outstanding and the table was exactly what we’re looking for.

We love our new coffee table and end tables. They are even better than we thought they would be! Great, solid wood furniture! The delivery service is a little different because they have to leverage local partners to complete the process and coordinate receipt from the shipping partners.
